These terms apply to all services provided by The Online Automation, a brand of 100 Million Corp (sole proprietorship of Kanwal Preet Kaur, GSTIN 03BAWPK3370A1ZX), H No 481, Labour Colony, Gill Road, Millar Ganj, Ludhiana, Punjab 141003, India ("we", "us"). By paying for or using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We set up, customise and maintain business automation for our clients, including WhatsApp auto-reply and lead sheets, social media auto-posting, auto reels, lead follow-up, AI calling agents (inbound and consented calls only), and related consulting. On request we may also manage social media ad campaigns. The exact scope of each order is the package described on our website or the quote shared with you on WhatsApp or email.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged as applicable and shown on the invoice.
• Setup work starts after a 50% advance. The balance is payable on delivery, before handover.
• Monthly support/maintenance fees are billed in advance each month. If a monthly fee is unpaid for 7 days, the service may be paused until payment.
• Payments are accepted online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or bank transfer.

3. Third-party costs

Charges of third-party platforms are not included in our fees unless stated, and are paid by the client: for example WhatsApp/Meta message charges, BSP plans (such as MSG91), ad spend on Facebook/Instagram, calling minutes, domain or hosting.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide the access, content and information we need in time (accounts, logos, product details, phone numbers).
• Use the automation lawfully: message only people who have given consent, honour STOP/opt-out requests, and follow WhatsApp, Meta and TRAI rules.
• Keep your own passwords and OTPs safe. We never ask you to share passwords in chat.

5. Your data

Your business data and your customers' data remain yours. We use them only to run the service for you, never for our own marketing, and never sell them. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Service levels

We aim to keep your automations running and to fix issues reported on WhatsApp within 1 working day. Automations depend on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, hosting providers); we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions or bans.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales or results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
