सरल शब्दों में: काम शुरू होने से पहले cancel करें तो पूरा पैसा वापस। हम advance के 7 working days में काम शुरू न करें तो भी पूरा पैसा वापस। काम शुरू होने के बाद advance वापस नहीं होता। Monthly plan कभी भी बंद कर सकते हैं।
1. Setup (one-time) fees
Before work starts: if you cancel before we start work on your order, you get a 100% refund of the advance.
If we are late: if we do not start work within 7 working days of receiving your advance and the required access/content, you can cancel and get a 100% refund.
After work has started: the advance is not refundable, because time and third-party setup costs have already been spent. We will complete and hand over the work already done.
After delivery: setup fees are not refundable. Any problem in what we delivered will be fixed free of charge within 15 days of delivery.
2. Monthly support / maintenance
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by informing us on WhatsApp or email before the next billing date.
The fee for the current month is not refunded; the service continues till the end of the paid month.
3. Third-party charges
Amounts paid to third parties (WhatsApp/Meta message charges, ad spend, BSP plans, calling minutes, domains) are not refundable by us.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (Razorpay refunds may take a few more days to reflect in your bank account).
