Delivery / Shipping Policy

सरल शब्दों में: हम कोई सामान नहीं भेजते। सारा काम online होता है। Advance और ज़रूरी जानकारी मिलने के 3 से 7 working days में setup पूरा हो जाता है।

1. No physical shipping

We provide digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges apply.

2. Delivery time

Single packages: delivered within 3–7 working days after we receive the advance and the access/content we need from you.
Starter Combo and Complete Automation: delivered within 7–15 working days.
Monthly support starts from the day of handover.

3. How delivery happens

Work is delivered online: we set up the automations on your accounts (WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram, Google Sheets etc.), show you a live demo, and share a short guide on WhatsApp or email. Delivery is confirmed by WhatsApp or email.

4. Delays

If delivery is delayed because of third-party approvals (for example WhatsApp template or business verification by Meta), we will keep you informed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for your options.
